League Overview

The league season is March - June for men and women 18 years of age or older. A player must be 18 year of age prior to the start of the league.

The NTRP levels of play are 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, and Open for separate men’s and women’s leagues. A player may play only one NTRP level above the player's current NTRP level.

A team match consists of two (2) singles and three (3) doubles matches, except for the 2.5 women’s and 5.0 NTRP levels, which plays one (1) singles and two (2) doubles matches. The match format is best of 2 tiebreak sets with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set and ad scoring. The switching of sides for service during any tiebreak shall follow the Coman Tiebreak Procedure. 

For 2.5 women’s and 5.0 NTRP levels, the minimum number of players on a team is 5, maximum 16 players. For all other NTRP levels, the minimum number of players on a team is 8, maximum 16 players.

New for 2025! There will be a 2.5 division for men, and Open division for men and women. For the Open division, players must have a minimum 4.5 rating. A team match consists of one (1) singles match and two (2) doubles matches. The minimum number of players on a team is 5, maximum 16 players. This division will not advance to Sectionals or Nationals, but results from matches played will be included in the year-end NTRP rating calculation.

The league fee is $28.15 per player.

League Timeline

  • Team Registration: January 29 - February 28
    Click here to register and obtain a team number. After the form submission, the coordinator will send you your team number.

  • Player Registration on TennisLink: March 1 - March 28 at 6:00 pm HST
    Requests for deadline extension should be emailed to the Coordinator before the deadline. Notify the Coordinator of any player whose self-rating or medical appeal decision is pending.

  • Minimum Roster Deadline: March 8
    (5) players for the 2.5 and Open divisions, and (8) players for all other divisions. Requests for deadline extension should be emailed to the Coordinator before the deadline.

  • Refund Deadline:  March 28
    Email refund requests to the Coordinator. The $3.15 TennisLink fee is non-refundable.

  • League Season:  March 29 - June 14
